French, 68, graduated from Sciences-Po Paris, ESSEC and holds a Masters in Econometrics. He has spent his professional career in Brazil, as CFO or CEO of local subsidiaries for Accor, Lafarge and France Telecom. He is the CEO of Food'n Wood R.I. which he founded in 2006.

Denis MORAN
French, 66, graduated from ESCP Europe and holds a BA in Mathematics. He held GM positions in software companies in the UK and the USA before founding his own IT service company in France.
Co-founder of Food'n Wood R.I., he oversees Public & Investors Relations.

Christophe CHINCHILLA
French- Brazilian, 39, holds a BA
from Sciences-Po Aix and a master’s in political science from the University of Oxford. A former management consultant at IDRH France (PWC), he is the Director of Food’n Wood’s Holding and president of the Chapasul cooperative.

Stéphane DE DEMANDOLX
French, 68, graduated from ESSEC,
commercial career in French Lafarge group and Swedish SCA group, is a sailor and an investor in Food’n Wood.
